My Approach to Counseling

Counseling is a structured, short- to medium-term form of professional psychosocial support. It offers a focused space to clarify what’s happening, gain insight, and take concrete steps toward change. 

I provide counseling that is:

  • Evidence-informed and grounded in psychological theory
  • Client-centered, respecting your autonomy and inner resources
  • Growth-oriented, tailored to what you bring to the table

While I do not offer psychotherapy or medical treatment, I offer a strong alternative for clients facing personal, relational, or professional challenges that do not require psychiatric care.

I'm a psychological counselor, academically trained in Psychology, specialized in counseling at the Stichting Counseling Nederland and equipped with a professional background in leadership, coaching and training. My work is rooted in the belief that every person is capable of growth and meaningful change- especially when supported in a focused, professional way. Over the past decade, I've helped individuals navigate moments of transition, internal tension and professional or personal stagnation. In counseling, I bring structured yet empathic, genuine approach.
