Bij Con Cura Counseling staat de kracht van persoonlijke groei en emotioneel welzijn centraal. Mijn individuele counseling is ontworpen om zelfbewustzijn te verdiepen en je te ondersteunen bij het navigeren door de uitdagingen en vragen van het leven.  Of je nu te maken hebt met stress, relatieproblemen of andere persoonlijke zorgen, ik ben hier om je te helpen bewegen naar helderheid, veerkracht en een authentiekere versie van jezelf.

My Approach to Counselling

Counselling is a structured, short- to medium-term form of professional psychosocial support. It offers a focused space to clarify what’s happening, gain insight, and take concrete steps toward change. 

I provide counselling that is:

  • Evidence-informed and grounded in psychological theory
  • Client-centered, respecting your autonomy and inner resources
  • Growth-oriented, tailored to what you bring to the table

While I do not offer psychotherapy or medical treatment, I offer a strong alternative for clients facing personal, relational, or professional challenges that do not require psychiatric care.

I’m Camilla, a Registercounsellor ABvC® with a Master’s degree in Social and Work Psychology and a professional background in coaching, training, and leadership.


What I bring to counselling is both academic and deeply human:

- A strong foundation in psychology and personal development

- Years of experience supporting and guiding people through change

- A deep respect for each client’s unique inner world


In every session, I draw on core values of empathy, authenticity, and unconditional acceptance, inspired by the work of Carl Rogers.

Sessions are possible in Dutch, English and Italian, and both in person (Maastricht) and online.
